Cancellation Policy
I completely understand! Sometimes life/emergencies happen and you have to cancel your appointment. In the event that you would need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I honor a firm 48 hour notice policy.
All cancellations prior to 48 hours of your appointment are no problem. Cancellations made within 48 hours, your reserved card will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
If you need to cancel your appointment please call the salon at (610)203-8977. Emails/DMs do not suffice as cancellation notice within the 48 hour period.
